At Allure Haven LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds of opened and unopened orders.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items marked final sale, clearance, or non-returnable are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, personal care items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

Email us at support@allurehaven.org with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged:

We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
